GROUP FITNESS Programs

Group Fitness

Location: Fitness Studios

At CCRC, we provide a diverse range of fitness classes. While our basic membership covers essential fitness classes, you can enhance your experience with an All Fitness or All-Inclusive Membership or drop into an advanced class anytime for just $10.

Water Aerobics

Location: Pool

CCRC offers multiple Water Aerobics classes throughout the week. All Water Aerobics classes are included with the basic membership! No registration is required for members. A drop-in fee for non-members is $5 per day.

Spin Class

Location: Cycling Room

Join our dynamic group spin class for an exhilarating fitness experience, where pedal power meets motivating beats. Engage in a high-energy, calorie-burning session that combines expert-led cycling routines with a supportive group atmosphere, pushing you to reach new fitness heights together.

Taekwondo

Location: LTC Activity Annex Building

Embark on a Taekwondo journey with our Intro to Taekwondo class, running from October 2nd to December 30th every Monday at 6:00 PM. Dive into the basics for $80 in the 4th Quarter. Our Intermediate level is $95 for the 4th Quarter. For those seeking advanced training, join us for Advanced Taekwondo on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 PM, at a cost of $105 for the 4th Quarter. Unleash your potential and master the art!

Personal Training

Those who are ready to take their goals to the next level or just starting out and want to safely learn the basics can sign up one on one for personal training. Prices for individuals are $160 for 8-30 minute sessions per month. Individuals must be a member to sign up! We also offer group personal training for small groups of 2 to 5 people for 8-30 minute sessions per month for $80/person.
