Personal Training
Those who are ready to take their goals to the next level or just starting out and want to safely learn the basics can sign up one on one for personal training. Prices for individuals are $160 for 8-30 minute sessions per month. Individuals must be a member to sign up! We also offer group personal training for small groups of 2 to 5 people for 8-30 minute sessions per month for $80/person.

Katie Tabeling

I’m so excited to be coaching at CCRC. I’m originally from IL and
recently moved back after living in Tampa, FL for the past three years. I
spent five years at Orangetheory Fitness and have been strength training
for over 15 years.
I truly believe fitness is a gift — it builds strength, confidence, and
resilience — and my goal is to help you become the strongest version of
yourself!
In my mat Pilates classes, you will get a quick 30 minute workout that is
core focused and low impact. My sculpt 30 minute express classes will
include high rep full body dumbbell movements. These classes will be
back to back so you can pick what workout you want that day or stay for
both!
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me running (currently training
for a marathon!), cooking, baking, or spending time with my two-year-old
puppy, Jimmy. I hope to see you in class or a one on one training session!
