GROUP FITNESS Programs

Group Fitness

Location: Fitness Studios

At CCRC, we provide a diverse range of fitness classes. Starting January 1st, 2025, every member can enjoy all available classes without restrictions. See what we have classes we offer each month on our calendar!

Water Aerobics

Location: Pool

CCRC offers multiple Water Aerobics classes throughout the week. All Water Aerobics classes are included in our memberships! No registration is required for members. A drop-in fee for non-members is $5 per day.

Spin Class

Location: Cycling Room

Join our dynamic group spin class for an exhilarating fitness experience, where pedal power meets motivating beats. Engage in a high-energy, calorie-burning session that combines expert-led cycling routines with a supportive group atmosphere, pushing you to reach new fitness heights together.

Personal Training

Those who are ready to take their goals to the next level or just starting out and want to safely learn the basics can sign up one on one for personal training. Prices for individuals are $160 for 8-30 minute sessions per month. Individuals must be a member to sign up! We also offer group personal training for small groups of 2 to 5 people for 8-30 minute sessions per month for $80/person.

Katie Tabeling

Personal Trainer

I’m so excited to be coaching at CCRC. I’m originally from IL and
recently moved back after living in Tampa, FL for the past three years. I
spent five years at Orangetheory Fitness and have been strength training
for over 15 years.

I truly believe fitness is a gift — it builds strength, confidence, and
resilience — and my goal is to help you become the strongest version of
yourself!

In my mat Pilates classes, you will get a quick 30 minute workout that is
core focused and low impact. My sculpt 30 minute express classes will
include high rep full body dumbbell movements. These classes will be
back to back so you can pick what workout you want that day or stay for
both!

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me running (currently training
for a marathon!), cooking, baking, or spending time with my two-year-old
puppy, Jimmy. I hope to see you in class or a one on one training session!

Maximize your potential with individualized attention, ensuring a customized path to success on your fitness goals. This option includes 8 sessions schedule twice weekly in 30 minute time frames.
