We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and passionate Swim Coach & Youth Aquatics Coordinator to develop and lead our growing youth swim programs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, teaching proper swimming techniques, and building a positive team culture.

The successful candidate will lead our developing Swim Club, with the long-term vision of growing it into a competitive community Swim Team. In addition, this individual will coordinate and oversee the Crawford County 4th Grade Swim Program, providing every fourth-grade student in Crawford County the opportunity to receive free swim instruction.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the Crawford County Recreation Center. This position oversees the maintenance of the recreation facility, fitness equipment, swimming pool, and surrounding grounds while supervising facility workers assigned to morning and evening shifts.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for delegating daily cleaning tasks and minor maintenance projects to facility staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the Recreation Center’s standards. Because portions of the facility are owned and maintained by Lincoln Trail College, the Maintenance Supervisor will communicate and coordinate with college personnel regarding maintenance issues that fall under their responsibility.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to communicate regularly with the Executive Director regarding work schedules, ongoing projects, and facility needs while remaining responsive to immediate maintenance concerns and emergency situations.

This position blends excellent customer service with recreation leadership. You’ll serve as the welcoming face of our facility while helping develop engaging programs, leagues, special events, and community partnerships that grow participation and strengthen our mission.
